Arriving at each job site with 17 years of experience (and an equally long passion for plumbing), Robert’s wisdom spans across all aspects of the trade, from the smallest renovations to large-scale commercial construction projects. He specialises in in-ground plumbing and excavations. Robert leads our onsite teams to build jobs that will not only stand the test of time, but also be completed on time. His experience lends well to his mentorship role, endeavouring to teach our up-and-coming young plumbers the skills they need to be proactive and effective tradespeople, with a skillset that will last them a lifetime.
Aaron Cecchin
Director / Project Manager
Bringing to the table his 18 years of above ground and below ground plumbing experience, no facet (or faucet) hasn’t already been tried and tested by Aaron. Alongside a wealth of knowledge across all aspects of the plumbing trade, his specialty is in Below Ground Works and Plant Room Works. When he’s not installing pipe, Aaron will be working in symbiosis with the client and the onsite team. You’ll often find him switching between his hard hat and a thinking cap – synchronising his on-the-tools approach with an off-the-tools management plan, creating the balanced harmony required to achieve successful project outcomes for everyone.
